Compensation

The starting salary is $60,000 annually, with potential eligibility for a company incentive plan and/or commission plan.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process from sourcing to placement
• Maintain ongoing relationships with COA’s to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Utilize various channels to source potential candidates
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
• Negotiate offers of employment and facilitate onboarding
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate candidate records

Requirements

• Three years of recruiting experience
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
