Specialized in sourcing niche engineering talent within the automotive sector. General Details Working Hours – 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Cab & Meals – Cab facility & one-time meal facility will be provided Roles and Responsibilities Working on direct Engineering client requirements on a day to day basis.  Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.  We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long term opportunity.  Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.  Should have previous success in VMS/MSP model. All candidates should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggressive environment Candidate’s Profile Minimum 6 months - 2 years of Experience in US Staffing. Good understanding of Engineering terminology and US staffing industry.  Minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment.  Should have strong personal and professional ethics. Should be having hands on experience on working with direct clients.
