Responsibilities
- Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools, ATS, and social media
- Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
- Negotiate pay rates
- Make 50+ outgoing calls per day
- Submit 5+ candidates to Recruiters per day
- Achieve a 75% submittal to interview ratio
Requirements
- Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized
- Commission-oriented/money motivated
- Strong desire to succeed
- Some telephone sales or telemarketing experience preferred
