Responsibilities

• Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools, ATS, and social media
• Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
• Negotiate pay rates
• Make 50+ outgoing calls per day
• Submit 5+ candidates to Recruiters per day
• Achieve a 75% submittal to interview ratio

Requirements

• Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized
• Commission-oriented/money motivated
• Strong desire to succeed
• Some telephone sales or telemarketing experience preferred
