Responsibilities

• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for permanent commercial construction professionals
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates at all career stages
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to build a robust network of qualified candidates
• Analyze resumes to identify specialized skills and qualifications relevant to the AEC industry
• Implement creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates
• Collect and evaluate data to optimize hiring processes and improve recruitment outcomes
• Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and candidate engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in commercial construction
• Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Strong knowledge of the commercial construction industry and relevant roles
