Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Physicians, NPs, PAs, and CRNAs for locum tenens and permanent positions
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
• Screen candidates for relevant experience and credentialing requirements
• Maintain communication with candidates to support engagement
• Partner with account managers to align candidate delivery with client needs
• Manage documentation and tasks in SalesForce
• Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates
• Experience in outbound recruiting and marketing outreach
