Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Own the front end of the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Execute strategic sourcing initiatives through various techniques
• Achieve productivity and performance metrics while maintaining candidate quality
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights
• Partner with Clinical & Quality Operations teams for efficient hiring and onboarding

Requirements

• Associate's Degree with 0–2 years of professional experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 2–4 years of professional experience
• Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition preferred
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools preferred

This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. You will be expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office at a frequency dependent on the work arrangement for your role.
