Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment and placement process from sourcing to successful placements
• Build and maintain relationships with education professionals
• Develop and manage an active candidate pipeline
• Partner closely with sales and credentialing teams
• Stay engaged with professionals while on assignment
• Maintain accurate candidate information within CRM/ATS systems

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or relationship-management experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (high school diploma or equivalent required)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
