Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workflow of executive search and leadership consulting engagements
• Prepare candidate profiles and materials for client presentation
• Manage client engagement activities and synthesize stakeholder input
• Coordinate project management for assigned searches and maintain timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in executive search or related fields
• Experience in higher education administration or K–12 leadership
• Strong relationship-building and candidate management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
