Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes
• Develop training and resources for recruiters
• Utilize data and metrics to evaluate recruitment strategies
• Lead and supervise a team of recruitment coordinators and support staff
• Collaborate with hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies

Requirements

• 5 years of recruitment experience in the service industry and/or business management
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Staffing experience required; education industry knowledge preferred
• Proficient in MS Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word
