- Develop and manage client relationships for executive search engagements
- Drive new business opportunities through networking
- Lead recruitment strategies and manage the search execution process
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
- Facilitate offer negotiations and onboarding
Requirements
- 10+ years in a full lifecycle recruiting/business development role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with retained searches for Senior Level Leaders and C-Suite
