Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 2 TSCCs working remotely
• Consult with hiring managers to assess needs and sourcing strategies
• Utilize procurement technologies for role fulfillment
• Monitor requisition progress and follow up accordingly
• Negotiate bill rates aligned with market rates
• Ensure KPI and SLA objectives are met
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers
• Support technology updates and troubleshoot issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience
• Experience in temporary labor and customer service industry
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Invoice resolution experience in an MSP
