Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters
• Set, monitor, and report on recruiting goals and KPIs
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Legal
• Recruit, interview, and place anesthesiologists and anesthetists
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement
• Leverage Salesforce to track candidates and client needs
• Utilize AI-enabled recruiting tools for sourcing and workflow efficiency
• Partner with credentialing and onboarding teams
• Establish and negotiate provider rates
• Maintain accurate documentation of contracts and schedules
• Ensure compliance with company policy and healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of healthcare locum tenens recruiting experience, anesthesia preferred
• 3+ years managing recruiting teams
• Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Experience leveraging AI or automation tools within recruiting
