Responsibilities

• Manage assigned job requisitions and source candidates
• Utilize various channels to source potential candidates
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit
• Maintain an active pool of qualified candidates
• Schedule and conduct introductions with candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS

Requirements

• One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls
• A college degree can substitute for experience
• Proficiency in English
