Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate activities
• Track licenses, certifications, and required documents
• Guide candidates through pre-employment and onboarding requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the ATS
• Follow up on outstanding requirements and flag potential delays
• Partner with recruiters and credentialing teams to ensure timely processing
• Maintain trackers, reports, and recruitment documentation

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in recruitment coordination, healthcare administration, credentialing, HR, or a related role
• US healthcare recruitment/staffing experience
• Healthcare credentialing experience
• Interview scheduling experience
• Onboarding experience
• Experience working with healthcare licenses and certifications
