Responsibilities

• Source and attract healthcare professionals through various channels
• Screen candidates for experience, licenses, certifications, availability, and job fit
• Manage multiple candidate pipelines and requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct phone screens and endorse qualified candidates to the hiring team
• Keep candidates engaged and provide a positive recruitment experience
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in the ATS
• Partner with internal teams for credentialing, interviews, and onboarding
• Consistently meet sourcing, screening, and hiring targets

Requirements

• 1+ year recruitment experience, preferably in US Healthcare Recruitment
• Experience recruiting clinical, allied health, or healthcare support professionals
• Familiarity with healthcare licenses, certifications, and credentialing
• Experience using job boards, sourcing platforms, and ATS
