- Own end-to-end strategy and execution for Senior Director, VP, and SVP searches
- Build and lead a specialized executive search team
- Establish and operationalize a standardized leadership hiring playbook
- Partner with C-suite and senior stakeholders for alignment and hiring decisions
- Develop proactive talent pipelines and market intelligence
Requirements
- Experience in executive search leadership
- Track record of delivering Senior Director+ hires
- Ability to build and scale teams
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing confidential searches
