Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipeline for complex positions
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans
• Map out the talent market and keep a pulse on talent flow
• Engage talent through creative prospecting and messaging analysis

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working for a search firm or in-house recruiting team for high volume recruiting
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
