Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies
• Propose and implement changes to enhance recruiting strategy efficacy
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics, providing reports on hiring progress
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent
• Conduct market research to stay informed about talent trends in the EMEA region

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders
• Proven ability to utilize data insights to identify trends
