Responsibilities

• Fulfill junior to senior level requisitions
• Drive hiring strategy and deliver candidate experience
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring objectives
• Build partnerships with compensation, HR, and finance
• Generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Provide reporting of key metrics and insights

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing high volume hiring
• Experience partnering with senior executives
• Ability to attract passive candidates
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills
