Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
• Negotiate agreements and understand talent needs
• Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals
• Own the full recruitment cycle from introductions to post-placement support
• Utilize technology and data to track market trends and enhance outreach

Requirements

• Degree: 2:1 or above or 2+ years' experience in a sales environment
• Ambition and a strong work ethic
• Effective communication skills
• Professionalism and maturity
