Compensation

The annual base pay range for this position is $61,575 to $82,100 USD per year.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for various positions including technical and corporate roles
• Create job advertisements for social media and specialized platforms
• Research and experiment with new talent acquisition tools
• Promote employer branding through engaging content
• Participate in strategic recruitment initiatives and process improvements
• Utilize data insights to inform recruitment strategies
• Lead collaboration with external recruitment partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience supporting multiple business lines
• Proven success recruiting for technical and corporate positions
• Comfort in process-driven environments
• Ability to meet established KPIs
