Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple business lines
• Lead high-volume recruiting efforts
• Manage a complex requisition load
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies
• Act as a strategic partner to client stakeholders
• Drive structured and efficient interview processes
• Leverage data and recruiting metrics to inform decisions
• Deliver a strong and consistent candidate experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience supporting high-volume or operational hiring
• Ability to find and attract passive talent
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data
