Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and ensure consistent communication and satisfaction
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for permanent commercial construction roles
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Analyze specialized skills and qualifications on AEC resumes
• Create innovative strategies to attract candidates
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends
• Balance client expectations with candidate experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows
• Monitor market trends to identify recruitment opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required
• Minimum 3 years of commercial construction recruiting and account management experience preferred
• Strong industry knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools
