Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from start to contract signing
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Engage with candidates by providing guidance and support
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle
• Effective communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Fluent English skills
