Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build talent pipelines
• Identify potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn and job boards
• Review resumes and conduct phone screenings
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Extend offers and manage the pre-employment process
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and track recruiting metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, either in-house or at a staffing agency
• Excellent communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Negotiation skills
• Organizational skills
