Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting strategy to meet revenue and GP goals
• Identify, source, screen, and evaluate candidates for consulting opportunities
• Generate client leads through candidate interactions
• Develop market presence through sourcing plans and job postings
• Partner with sales team to understand client business and hiring profiles
• Maintain candidate records and manage recruiting activities
• Attend networking events to build a candidate pipeline

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience required
• Experience in staffing industry preferred
• Strong professional recruiting network in the local office area preferred
