Responsibilities

• Lead deep market mapping and competitive intelligence across industrial and automotive sectors
• Deliver insight-driven talent landscapes to inform hiring strategy
• Conduct advanced desk research to identify and assess executive talent
• Own top-of-funnel through mid-funnel activities including outreach and engagement
• Partner directly with Ford senior leaders to shape search strategy
• Translate research into executive-ready deliverables

Requirements

• 4+ years in executive search, talent intelligence, or strategic sourcing
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or hardware organizations
• Bachelor's degree required
