Responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience
• Experience in high-volume hiring
• Ability to work onsite in industrial environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• Understanding of local employment practices and hiring regulations
