Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Search Leaders to support interim and retained healthcare searches
• Identify, engage, and screen top-tier candidates for leadership roles within healthcare systems
• Deliver qualified candidates within 48 hours of search launch
• Build and maintain continuous, specialty-aligned candidate pipelines
• Conduct in-depth screening interviews and assess candidate fit

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience recruiting for acute care hospitals, health systems, or clinical leadership roles
• Background in interim or retained executive search
• Familiarity with Jobscience or similar ATS platforms
