Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans
• Head and mentor recruitment managers
• Analyze and interpret recruitment metrics
• Oversee recruitment processes and implement best practices
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies
• Prepare and present reports on recruitment performance
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
• Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and standards
• Build and execute recruiting strategies for new service lines

Requirements

• Eight years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Significant experience in a leadership role
• Proven track record in developing and executing recruitment strategies
• Experience in staffing, healthcare, education, or behavioral health environments
• Experience launching or growing a new recruiting vertical or service line
