Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Physicians, NPs, PAs, and CRNAs for locum tenens and permanent positions nationwide
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outbound campaigns
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates
• Screen candidates for relevant experience, licensure, certifications, malpractice history, and credentialing requirements
• Maintain consistent communication with active candidates
• Partner closely with account managers to align candidate delivery with client needs
• Accurately manage documentation, candidate notes, and tasks in SalesForce
• Support operational functions such as credentialing, compliance, contracts, and scheduling
• Analyze market trends and provider supply dynamics
• Contribute to staffing projections and planning

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates from diverse medical backgrounds
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in outbound recruiting, marketing outreach, and candidate re-engagement strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Resilient problem-solving abilities
