Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for interim executives and senior consultants
• Develop and refine recruiting strategies aligned with growth goals
• Conduct market mapping and proactive outreach to build talent pipelines
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams
• Evaluate candidates using behavioral interviewing and competency-based assessments
• Build and nurture a strong network of consultants and interim leaders
• Maintain compliance with internal processes and documentation

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional services, interim, consulting/big 4, or executive search experience
• Demonstrated success placing C-suite, VP, Director-level, or high-impact specialist consultants
• Experience recruiting in Accounting & Finance and/or Technology/Digital/CX
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, accounting/finance, or related field preferred
