Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to hiring
• Conduct candidate assessments to validate qualifications and fit
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Source candidates through multiple channels
• Develop creative sourcing strategies
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and support recruitment reporting

Requirements

• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Experience in BPO, RPO, staffing, recruitment firms, or executive search is highly preferred
• Strong sourcing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Resourceful and organized

Additional Information

The position is amenable to a hybrid setup in Ayala, Makati, with 3 days onsite per week and a morning shift starting at 8:00 AM.
