Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to hiring
- Conduct candidate assessments to validate qualifications and fit
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Source candidates through multiple channels
- Develop creative sourcing strategies
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and support recruitment reporting
Requirements
- At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience in BPO, RPO, staffing, recruitment firms, or executive search is highly preferred
- Strong sourcing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful and organized

Additional Information
The position is amenable to a hybrid setup in Ayala, Makati, with 3 days onsite per week and a morning shift starting at 8:00 AM.
