Responsibilities

• Support competency-based interviews and simulation-based assessments
• Administer, score and interpret approved psychometric and assessment tools
• Draft clear, evidence-based assessment reports
• Analyze individual and group assessment data
• Develop high-quality assessment materials and client deliverables
• Manage small assessment assignments or a defined workstream within a larger project
• Contribute to client proposals through research and analysis

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor's degree in psychology, organizational psychology, human resources, business, data analytics or a related discipline
• Typically 3+ years of relevant experience in assessment, talent, succession, organizational psychology, human capital consulting, or people analytics
• Strong analytical capability with quantitative and qualitative data
• Experience using assessment methodologies or tools such as structured interviews, psychometrics, simulations, or talent review processes
