Responsibilities

• Preparing and holding meetings internally and externally
• Identifying and proposing solutions to process gaps
• Reconciliation work between internal and external systems
• Collecting cash, negotiating payments, managing customer accounts
• Monitoring debtor account balances
• Applying customer payments according to remittances
• Reviewing older unapplied cash
• Compiling and analyzing financial reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum of one year of experience in collections or reconciliation
