Responsibilities
- Conduct industry research to understand client companies and position requirements
- Identify prospective candidates through targeted research
- Maintain progress and market feedback reports for Consultants and Clients
- Assist in writing candidate assessments for clients
- Support business development activities and pitch preparation
Requirements
- 0-1 years of recruiting experience or transferable professional experience
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
