Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry research to understand client companies and position requirements
  • Identify prospective candidates through targeted research
  • Maintain progress and market feedback reports for Consultants and Clients
  • Assist in writing candidate assessments for clients
  • Support business development activities and pitch preparation

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of recruiting experience or transferable professional experience
  • Undergraduate BA/BS degree
  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
