• Oversee clinical trial sites and ensure studies are conducted according to protocols and regulations.
• Build relationships with investigators and site personnel.
• Monitor enrollment, data entry, protocol deviations, and site performance.
• Identify issues and drive them toward resolution.
• Mentor less experienced CRAs and contribute to audit and inspection readiness.
