Compensation

Base salary of $40,000 with unlimited earning potential through commissions after a salaried training period.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts and target skill sets
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts
• Perform various customer service related activities
• Volunteer and partner with philanthropic organizations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Customer or sales focused experience
• Collaborated in a team-oriented environment
