Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers in Operations to develop hiring strategies
• Proactively source passive candidates through various channels
• Own the full candidate experience from sourcing to close
• Create comprehensive talent maps to share insights on the talent market
• Represent Brex to candidates and help attract exceptional talent
• Interview candidates using various methods

Requirements

• 1+ years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience
• Strong ability to build relationships with Operations and Customer Experience hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate recruiting efforts
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment practices
• BS in Human Resources or a relevant degree

Additional Information

This is a 12-month contract with an opportunity for full-time conversion. The role requires a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week.
