Responsibilities
- Develop new business through field prospecting and account management
- Build relationships with warehouse managers and distribution leaders
- Identify client needs such as peak-season demands and labor shortages
- Provide logistics-minded workforce solutions
- Acquire new logos and expand presence in the logistics market
Requirements
- Proven ability to bring in new accounts
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and KPIs
- Outside sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
