Responsibilities

• Align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understand recruitment needs
• Identify channels and strategy to source candidates matching client requirements
• Define and design sourcing strategy for building talent pools
• Develop and optimize sourcing channels to improve client talent pools
• Measure and monitor effectiveness of sourcing framework
• Assist clients in developing a compelling employee value proposition
• Source and leverage relevant media and communication channels
• Develop candidate relationship management strategies
• Define and lead client sourcing strategies
• Partner with recruiters and team members to facilitate effective searches
• Provide responsive and proactive customer service
• Support, advise, and coach team members

Requirements

• 1+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, or engineering positions
• 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
• 1+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers
• 1+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• High School Diploma
