Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating leads
• Meeting or exceeding revenue and gross margin targets
• Developing proposals and managing the sales process
• Collaborating with recruiters and other stakeholders
• Building relationships with customers

Requirements

• 2+ years direct/outside sales experience in construction and/or staffing
• Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Valid driver license, registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance
