Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with healthcare facility clients to support staffing needs
• Partner with clients to develop staffing strategies and improve fill rates
• Communicate staffing priorities and monitor candidate pipeline activity
• Utilize vendor management systems to manage submissions and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Associate degree and 2+ years of account management, client relationship management, staffing, healthcare operations, or workforce solutions experience OR High school diploma or GED and 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience managing client relationships and supporting business objectives
• Experience utilizing CRM, ATS, VMS, or related business systems

Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of $19.50 - $24.25, dependent on experience
• Potential for additional compensation such as bonus or commission
