Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for various roles
• Source, screen, and assess candidates
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs
• Coordinate and lead interview processes
• Drive efficient hiring processes
• Manage offer processes and support negotiations
• Maintain accurate tracking of candidates in ATS
• Build relationships with candidates and stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience in high-volume environments
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
