Compensation

The annual base pay range for this position is $94,100 to $125,500 CAD per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual recruiting support for manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly positions
• Partner with senior leaders and front-line stakeholders
• Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates in both French and English
• Review and create job postings and offers

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of recruiting experience
• Experience within the Canadian market
• Fully bilingual in French and English
