Compensation

The annual base pay range for this position is $51,300 to $68,400 per year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite liaison at the client location focused on light industrial roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing suppliers
• Monitor and manage order flow to align supplier submissions with client needs
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve challenges and drive engagement
• Track hiring metrics and share data-driven insights for process improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in recruiting or supplier relationship management
• Experience in a high-volume, industrial or light industrial environment
• Ability to work effectively onsite
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
