Compensation

The final compensation will be based on experience and alignment with role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from intake through offer
• Recruit for Software Engineering, Product Management, UX/UI Design, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and related technical functions
• Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies
• Source passive candidates through multiple channels
• Conduct recruiter screenings and evaluate both technical and behavioral qualifications
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Present qualified candidates with clear assessments and recommendations
• Partner closely with hiring managers and interview teams
• Maintain accurate documentation within the client's ATS
• Deliver a positive candidate experience while managing multiple concurrent requisitions

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Demonstrated success recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
