• Manage complex hiring mandates independently
• Partner with international customers to understand workforce needs
• Translate workforce needs into effective recruitment strategies
• Cover the full hiring lifecycle from requirement intake to onboarding
• Recruit across diverse technology domains
• Measure success through delivery speed, fulfillment, SLA adherence, offer acceptance, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in IT recruitment
• Strong business-level English communication skills
• Japanese communication skills
