• Manage full life cycle recruiting for various positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attract, source, and screen passive prospects and active applicants
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Ensure consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience for professional and industrial level positions
