Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for clinical development and engineering positions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Source and evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and onboarding
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics in ATS/CRM systems
• Support workforce planning and ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments
